Chalk Heart Creative is a one-person creative studio built on the notion that creativity doesn't need a committee. I am a chemical engineer / data scientist by career, and a writer, musician, dreamer and philosopher when time allows. I am particularly interested in exploring the cyclical nature of human behaviours and societies, the interactions of dreams and expectation with reality, and the indomitable will of the spirit.

The primary outlet of Chalk Heart Collective is a collection of novels, music and video games. I invite collaboration and feedback through social media channels.

The work of Chalk Heart lives in the gaps between our senses and our perceptions. It explores feelings and expectations we struggle to verbalise, the fragments of dreams that attempt to break through the ice, and the shadows that we try to leave behind. We all have dreams and shadows, and we should listen to what they have to say.

Chalk Heart Creative is an outlet for creativity - it is the freedom to explore without constraint. A novel may take a decade of planning and writing; a short story may explode within an hour. A video game may be played by three people who love it deeply, and remain unknown by everyone else.
